What is the gambling age on Indian reservations?

It’s usually 18. If they serve alcohol, then it’s 21.

The majority of the casinos require that you are 21 to gamble.

They can technically choose (depending on certain factors), but the states typically want it to be 21. Thus, they will often give licenses or tax breaks to the indian casinos in order for them to “voluntarily” make the age 21.
Not all of them do this (such as Turning Stone Casino in New York, which is 18) but some do.

Officially, it’s 18. States can try to make it 21 but generally fail. California tried and failed.
