How does the Wimbledon draw procedure work, before the tournament begins?

This is in terms of choosing the players matches and how they make sure the top seeds don’t get pulled out during the early stages of the tournament e.g. Nadal playing Federer in the quarter finals.

they have a special software.
they get like the top 20 or watever and make them seeds,
they place them in order (number one seed on one side and number two on the other side etc) (they always have an order where they put the seeds)
and then they put in all the players names, and then the software just allocates them.
basically it’s luck & chance.
hope that helps.

The top two seeds are placed in opposite halves, assuring they can’t possibly meet before the finals. The rest of the draw is randomly drawn, exept that the top 4 seed are placed in different quarters of the draw, assuring they can’t meet until the semis, and the top 8 seeds are put in different eighths of the draw, assuring they can’t meet until the quarters. Do you see where this is going?
